352 The grading and paving with a Portland cement con- crete pavement, the construction of ~ombination curb and gutter on the East side of said street, the construction of sT clal curb returns on all streets intersecting or termina- ting on the East side of said street, the excavation of a sewer trench and the laying therein of a six (6) inch maln sewer line, the excavation of trenches and the laying therein of four (4) inch house connecting sewers extending from the main sewer pipe line to be constructed to and inside the curb llne where same have not already been constructed, the exca- vation for and the bonstructlon of two (2) concrete manholes, the excavation for and the construction of one (1) flush tank, the e×cavation for and the construction of a special cement concrete gutter.
