That the p~blic ~rter~st and eot?ven4ence re- qufre, a~d It is the i~tention of the Board of Trust~es of t~e C~ty of Santa Aha, Ca!~forn!a, to order tko co,attraction of the follow~r~ described work and i~prov~meut i~ sa~d e~ty, to wit: In, on and along the roadway bf Fo~st'Aven~e-i~ said city from curb l~ne to curb line, between the South l~ne of t.'est Fifth Street to t~e North l~ne of D'est Fourth Street, then beyond the curb line and across t~e sidewalk reservations to the East ¥,est property lines thereof. ~e work and im~ovement is more particularly described as follows: "~_at Forest Avenue from the No~k llne of West Fourth Street to the South line of V,'est Fifth Ltreet be graded, paved with a Portlard cenent concrete paver~ent, and have co~structed along the same ce~ent curb where no st~ch curb now exists.
