862 said d~ily newspaper, and which affidavit was ffl~d in t?~e office of the Clerk of the c~ty of Santa Aha on the 3rd day of October, 1923, and now on file therein; and, ~HE~EAg, after the passaFe and adoption of said Reso- lution of Intention Mo. 1088, the Street buperintendent of the City of Santa Aha conspicuously posted along the line of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, and 85 in all, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, headed EOTICE OF IMP lk0VEMEMT, in manner, form and substance as provided by law ,snd the work being chargeable upon s district, also conspicuously posted copies of said notice ~ong nll of the open streets within s,~cb'district, not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance smart on each street, and did post on each street at least 60 notices, and on all said 185 ~otlces; and ~EREAS, the Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Aha commenced to post t~e said notices on the 1st day of October, 1923, and f~lly completed the post~ng thereof on the 10th day of October, 1923, more than'ten days before the day set for hearing protests ~r objections to the proposed work and improw~ment, all as appears by the affidavit of ~. G. Knox, Street Superintendent, of[the city of Santa Aha, filed in the office of the Clerk of sa~d city on the 12th day of October, 1923, and now on file therein; and WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the c~ty of Santa Aha was d~ly in adjourned reg~lar session at the Council Chamber thereof st the ho~r of V:30 o'clock P. !~. of },(onday, the 22nd ] day of October, 192Z, being the day, hour n~d place named in the Resolution of Iutentlon and Notice of Improvement, when and where any and ail perseus having any objections to the proposed work or imrrovement might ap?ear before the Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should'no[ be carried out in qocordance with said Resolution of Intention; and ~HER~,S, all ~.otests or ob~ect~us ~rese~t~d having been disposed of, overruled and denied in time, manner and form as required by law, and city of Santa Aha having now the proposed improvement, it the Board of Trustees of the acq~ired j.~rlsdlctien to order is hereby RESOLVED, that the public ~nterest and convenience re- quires the work hereinafter described, and the Board of Trustees of the city of [~anta Aha hereby orders the following work to be done and improvement made in, on and along the portions of streets in the city of Sgnta Ana hereinbefore described, to-wit: street~
