G. ~,[cLo,~our, principal clerk of the printers and publishers of said ~af]$: newsFa~er, amd wlIck affidavit was filed in the office of t~e Cl~rk of the Cit~ of ~ar~ta Ans or the 12th day of October, ]925, and now ~n file therein; and Whereas, after the adoption of said Resolution of Intention a~d on the 8tl~ da~' of October, 1923, tko btreet Sup~rit~tcndent of the City of Janta Aha caused notices of the passage of ~(eso!ution of Intention No. 1093 headed, "NOTICE OF IIJFkOVEMENT" to be duly, legally and conspicuously posted along t~e li~e of s~ d contemplated work and improvement, e~ in distance apart, and 85 notices In less than 300 fe~ amd the work beinF chargeable upon s district also to be pos- a~.l' of the open streets and aliens- w~t~in' '~ such dis-' ted along trier less than 300 feet in aistance aFart, and 25 notzces al! on each street, as ayFesrs from th~ aff!davi~ of V.. G. k]'~ox, said btreet Luperlnte~de~%, who personally posted said Notices of I~:prcvement au~~ who, upon the completion of the postfng of said notices, forthwith au the 24th daz of 1923, fi]ed ~aid affidavit in the office of tFe C~.~rk of the City of Ss~ta ~-ua, making oath that ke co~pleted the posting of said notices on the 25th day of October, 1923. Whereas, at the hour of seven-thirty o'clock of 5~onday, the Sth day of November, 1923, at the Council Cha~ bet of the Board of Trustees of the City ~ Santa A~a, that being the day, hour and place vhen amd where a~Z and ail per- sons having any objecti~ns to tl:e proposed work or improv~t might ay~pear before the Board of Trustees of the City of ~n~ Aha a~d stow cause why said improvement should ~ot be carried out in accordance with sa~ keso!uticn; s, nd being a time than forty and more than fifteen days from the passage of Resolution of Intention No. ]093, and mo~-e than ten days the post~ng of said Notice of !rprovement was fully completed: the Board of Trustees met, heard, considered, passed upon, overruled and denied ail protests or objec~ions presented time, fol~ and manner as required by law, amd the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha hav~ng acquired juris~Ictf~ to order the proposed work done or improvement made:
