A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ORDER THE PAVING AND OTHERWISE IMPROVING OF A PORTION OF WEST OP STREET IN SAID CITY; DECLARING TI]E SAID WORK OR IMPROVE- MENT TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT: DECLARING THE DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITTED BY SAID WORK AND PROVEZ{ENT, AND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THEREOF; DETERMINING THAT BONDS SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND EXPENSES; AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS TO SAID WORK OR IMPROVEMENT OR TO THE EX- TENT OF THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED OR BOTH.
