improvement made by T. ~. Oglesby and Edw. ~. Dahl, under that certain contract awarded to them on the 13th day of August, 192S, on North Flower Street of said city, and that said warr, nt, assessment end di,gram were returned to the Street Sdperintendent of said 8ity, together with a written statement of all payments received upon the said assessment, ~nd after the full expiration of twmnty (25) days from the date of s,id w, rr~nt, the said Street Superintendent duly made ,nd filed with the City Clerk of the said City of Santa Aha, a comolete list of all assessments unpaid upon the said assessment, which list is now on file in the .office of the City Clerk of the said city, now upon evidence shown this Board determines that the assessments therein mentioned were then unpaid, the total aggregate thereof being the sum of One! i"nousand Eight Hundred Fifty-nine and ~/lOOths ($1859.$U) Dollars, and that assessments numbered none and no others h~ve since been paid, mnd that there now remains unpaid the sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-nine and JV/lOOths ($1859.3V) Dollars upon the assessments shown upon s~id list other than those here~nabove last noted ms having been paid.. Reference is hereby m~de to Resolution of Intention No. le84 of the Boar~ of Trustees of the City of S~nta Ana, oassed the 2Sth day of June, 192S, for a complete description of the work hereinmentioned, and to the list of unpaid assess ments filed as above noted, for the assessments unpaid. AND WHEHEAS, interested persons were notified in the manner required by law to aopear before the Board of Trustees of the said ~ity of Santa Ana, California, in the Council Chamber of the City H~ll in said City, et the of ~:~0 o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 2Ath day of December, 1~2~, and show c~use why bonds~should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid ~ssessments shown on said Street Superintendent's list, and WHERE^S, notice w~s du~y ~iven in the manner ~nd form required by law t~et serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments bearin~ interest at the rste of sffx per cent (~%) ~er ~nnum will be issued hereunder in the manner orovi- dad in the "Improvement Bond ~ct of lglB", the l~st install- merit Of which bonds shell m~ture n~ne (g) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding nine (g) months from their d~te.
