RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK NO. 932. "hereas, the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ansi on the 15th day of January, 1923, passed its Resolution of Intention No. 913 to order the hereinafter described work to be done and tmp-ovement to be made in said city, which Reso- lution of Intention was duly and legally published twice in SANTA ANA DAILY EVENING REGISTER, a daily newspaper published amd circulated in the city of oanta Aha, all ss required by law and appears from the affidavit of T. G. NcDenour, princi- pal clerk of the printers and publishers of said daily news- paper and which affidavit was filed in the office of the Glerk~ of the city of Santa Aha on the 20th day of January, 1923, and 'now on file therein; and Whereas, after the passage and adoption of said Res6- lution of Intention No. 913, the Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Aha oousplcuously posted along the t~.me of the contempla+ed work and improvement, at not more th~n 300 ft. in distance apart, and 24 in all notices of the passage of Resolution of Intention No. 913, headed - NOTICE OF I~PROVE- MENT - in manner, form and substance as provided by law, and the work being chargeable upon a dtstrtc$ also conspicuously posted copies of said notice along all of the open streets within such district, not more tDan 300 feet in distance start on each street, and rosted on said open streets 48 notices, and posted in all V2 notices; Where, the Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Ana ~commenced to post the said notices on the 23rd day of January, 1923, and fully completed the posting thereof on the said 23rd day of January, 1923, more than ten days before the day set for hearing protests or objections to the propose~ work and improvement, all as appears by the affidavit of Edw. W. Dahl, Str6et Superintendent of the city of Santa Aha, filed in the office of the Clerk of said city on the 25th day of January, 1923, ~nd now on file therein; and Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha was duly in regular session at the council chamber thereof in t~-e City Hall at the hnur of V:30 o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 5th day of February, 1923, being the day, hour and place notic, of which was contained in the Resolution of Intention and Notice of Improvement, when and where any a~d all persons having any objection to the proposed work or improvement m~ght appear before the Board of Trustees and show cause why said propose4 improvement should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention; And no owner of property liable to be assessed for said work made written or any protests against the prooosed
