The Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Ana shall cause to be conspicuously posted ~ along the line of said Contemplated work and im- provement, at not more than three hundred (300~ feet in distance apart, but ~ot less th~n three iq all, notices of the p~ss~ge of this Resolution of Intention. The work being chargeable upon a district, copies of said notice shall also be posted along all of the open streets within such district, at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance ap~rt on each street.; all of the posting must be fully completed at least ten days before the day in this Resolution of Intention set for hearing ~ protests or objections. All of said notices shall be he~ded - NOTICE OF IMPHOVEMENT - in letters of not less than one inch in length, and shall in legible characters ~tate the fact of the r~ssa~e of this Resolution of Intention, its date, and briefly describe the work and improvement proposed ~nd refer to this Resolntion of Intention for further particulars. The proposed work is to be done on part of North Artesla Street at s ~r~de Other than the existing official grade, and the notice of im- provement shall recite that fact, and refer to ~ the plans and specifications for further partic- ulars as to such proposed grade. Said notice shall also contain a statement of the day, hour and place when and where any and all persons having any objections to the rroposed work or improvement may appear before the Board of Trustees and show cause why the said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of intention. And there shell also be inserted therein the following: "Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and bear ~-~ interest at the rate of six per cent. per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1918, t~e last ~nstall- merit of which bonds shall mature nine years from the second day of July next succeeding nine months from thei~ d~te."
