Dahl, ~treet Superintendent of the city of Santa Aha, filed in tt~e office of the Clerk of said City on the 29th day of J~nuary, 192~, and now on file therein; Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha w~s duly in regular adjourned session at the council chamber thereof, in the City Hall, at the hour of V:30 o'clock p.m. of Tuesday, the l~th day of February, 192Z, being the d,y, hour, and place notice of which was contained in the P~solution of Intention and Notice of Improvement, when and where any and all persons having any obJec~ tions to the proposed work or improvemen~ might appear before the Board of Trustees and show c~use why snid proposed improvement should not be carried out in ~ccord~nce with said Resolution of Intention; And no owner of property limble to be assessed for said work made written or any protests ~ainst the proposed work or ~Inst the extent of the distric' to be assessed, or to the proposed chs~ge or modi- fication of the grade on the hereinafter described port~ons of South Garnsey Street and West Myrtle Street, and no person appearing to or did protest or object, and the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha having row acquired jurisdiction to order the proposed improvement It is hereby Resolved, that the public interes~ and convenience requires the work hereinafter des- cribed, and the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha ?.araby orders the followin~ work to be done and improvement made in the city of Santa Ans.
