The Board of Trustees of the City of banta Aha, as the legislative branch thereof, does hereby determine ~nd resolve as follows:- ~ection 1. That the public interest and also the public necessity demands the completion of a municipal improvement by the city of Santa Aha, to-wit: the municipal water works thereof, consisting of the acquisition of approximately lVV,500 feet of cast iron Bell and Spigot Class "B" w~ter pipe of sizes varying from 4" to 10"
