Section ~. <br /> <br /> That the public interest and also the <br /> <br />public necessity demands the construction <br />by the City of Sant~ Ana of a municipal im- <br />provement to-wit: a fire engine house, consist- <br />ing of the acquisition of the neeess~ry land <br />in the easterly part.of,the City of Santa ~na <br />upon which to construct s fire engine house, also <br />the acquisition of the necessary material, equip- <br />ment, and~lianc~a~with'which to construct <br />and the construction on said land of a fire <br />eneine house properly connected with the electric <br />fire alarm system~of thecity of santa Ans. <br /> <br /> The o.bjects and.purposes of the construction <br />of the described fire engine house is to provide <br />an additional building in which to hO~se fire- <br />men and to keep and maintain, ready for im- <br />mediate use, a part of the fire apparatus of <br />the city of Santa Ans. <br /> <br /> The coustruction of s~id fire engine house <br /> <br />is necess,ry and conv~n~n~ to carry out the <br />objects, purposes and powers of the City of Santa <br />Ans. The cost of s~td fire engine house is <br />estimated to be $12,~00.00, snd will be too great <br />to be paid out of the ordinary annual income and <br /> <br />revenue of the city of Santa Aua. <br /> Section A. <br /> <br /> That the public interest and also the public <br />necessity demands the construction by the City <br />of Santa Ana of a municipal improvement, to- <br />wi~: a fire engine house, consisting of the sc- <br />quisition~of the necessary land in the westerly <br />part of the City of Santa Aha upon which to con- <br />struct a fire engine house, also the acquisition <br />of the necessary material, equipment, and appli~s <br />ances with which to construct and the construction <br />on said land of a fire engine house properly con- <br />nected with the electric fire alarm system of the <br />City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> ~he objects and purposes of the construction <br />of the described fire engine house is to provide <br />an additional building in which to house fire- <br />men and to keep and. maintain, ready for inmaediate <br />use, a part of the firemen and to keep and main- <br />tain, ready for immediate use, a part of the fire <br />apparatus of the Uity of Santa Ans. <br /> <br /> The construction of s~id fire engine house <br /> <br /> is necessary and convenient to carry out the <br /> <br /> <br />
