~ Reference is hereby made to Resolution No. 913 of the city of Santa Ans, by the Board of Trustees there- of, declaring its intention to order said work to be done for further p~rticulars, which Resolution of Intention is on file in the office of the Clerk of the city of Santa Ans. Hesolved, that the city of Santa Aha all of said proposals or bids except that mentioned, and hereby awards the contract work end improvement to for, to-wit: WELLS AND BP~ESSLER hereby rejects hereinafter next for doing said the lowest responsihle bidder there- at the pr~ named in his bid, as follows:- Item 1. The regrading to a subgrade and the laying of six (8) inch concrete pavement with belt finish wearing surface, complete with the furnishin~ of all necessary equipment and material on an estimate of 63,73V squats feet for the sum of twenty two and one qu~rtez cents ($0.22~) per square foot. Item 2. The construction of concrete curb complete with the furnishing of all n~cessary equipment, labor and material on an estimate of 2A0.9 linear feet for the sum of fifty cents ($0.~0) per linear foot. Item ~. The trenching, furnishing and laying of five (8) four (~) inch house branch sewers from the main se,~er to the curb line complete with the furnish- ing of all necessary equipment, labor and ~aterial of an es.~imate of 108 linear feet for the sum of fifty cents ($0.80) per linear foot. Item ~. The trenching, furnishing~and laying of one (~) six (8) inch stub end main sewer i~ accordance with plans and s~ecifications complete with the furnishing of all ~ecessary equipment, labor and m~te-~ial on an estimate of thirty (~0) linear feet for the sum of sixty cents ($0.80) per linear foot. The Clerk of the e~ty of Santa Ana is hereby directed to post ~otiee of this award with specifications for five d~ys on or near the council chamber door of the co~ncil chamber ~£~he?Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana, and also publish said notice twice in SANTA ANA DAILY EVENING HEGISTEH, a daily news~aoer published snd circulated in the city of Santa Aha, hereby designated for that purpose by the Board of Trustees.
