RESOLUTION OVERHULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO A~ESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDER- ING THE STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD NO. 1232. WI~EILEAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana did, on the Ath day of September, 192~, pass Resolution of Intention No. lOV2, for the improvement of s portion of West Washington Avenue and whereas, on the 28th day of March, 192A, the Superintendent of Streets of said city filed sn assessment to cover the sum due for the work performed and specified in the contract made under proceedings for the said improvement which assessment was approved by the Board of Trus- tees on the 2Bth day of February, 1924. AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana has given notice required by law in which notice April 14th, 1924, at the hour cf 7:30 o'clock P.M. was fixed es the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where any andall persons interested in the said work might be hear~. AND WNEREAS, no person aggrieved has filed with the Boar~ of Trustees a written objection to said assessment ss required by law, end whereas, at the time set for hasting protests or objections the Board of Trustees of said city proceeded to hear the same, and all of said protests or objec- tions to said assessment or the work done having been heard, it is hereby- RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana that all of the said protests or objections against said assessment or the work done under said proceedings be, and the same are hereby, overruled and denied and the assess- ment be affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby, directed to attach to said assessment a warrant in the form and manner required by law, and shall record the same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets. I hereby cert~y that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, at an adjourned regular meeting of said Board held vote: Ayes, Noes, Absent, on the 14th day of April, 1924, by the following Trustees, C.H.
