RESOLUTION 0VERRL~LING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND 0HDERING THE STHEET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD NO. 1236. WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Sants Ana did, ou the 15th day of October, 192Z, pass Resolution of Iutentlon No. 1102, for the improvement of a DortiSn of West Fifth Street, and whereas, on the 2nd day of April, 1924, the Superintsndent of Streets of said city filed sn assessment to cover the sum due for the wc~k performed and specified in the contract made under proceedings for the said improvement which assessment diagram was approved by the Board of Trustees on the Zlst day of March, 1924. AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Aua has given notice required by law in which notice April 21st, 1924, at the hour of V:ZO o'clock P.M. was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said C~ y as the place w~re any and all persons interested in the said work might be heard.
