Resolved, that the Engineer of the City of Santa Aha be and is hereby required to furnish plans and specifica- tions ,nd careful estimates of cost for the improvement on portions of Broadway from the North line of Tract No. ~52 to the South line of Fairview Avenue, Russel Avenue from the West curb line of SSRth Main Street to the East line of South Broadway, and Sycamore Street from the North line of Tract No. S52 to the South line of Russell Avenue, by the construction of pavement, curb and sewer, in and on said portions.
