RESOLUTION REQUIRING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS NO. 1240. Resolved, that the Engineer of the City of Santa Ana be end is hereby required to furnish plans and specifica- tions and careful estimates of cost for the improvement of a portion of Roe Drive from the West curb line of North Main Street to the ~est line of Tract No. 511, by the construction of pavement, curb ~nd sewer, in and on said portion. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced before the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ara at a regular meeting thereof held the 21st day of April, 1924, and passed by the vote of the following named members thereof: Ayes, Trustees C.H. RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS NO. 1241 RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the following work to be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Aha upon and along that open public street in safd city, commonly known as Roe Drive, and wh~h portion thereof ~ described as follows: Roe E~ive from the West curb line of North Main Street to the West line of Tract No. 811. Said work being described as follows: The grading ~nd paving of the described portion of said Roe Drive with ~ five (5) inch Portland Cement Concrete pavement; the construction of main line sewer and the laying of house branch sewers; and the construction of flush tank. Ail as prepared by the City Engineer and designated as Assessment District No. 85, for the improvement of the above described street, and submitted this 28th day of April, 1924, be, and the same are hereby, adored as and for the plans and specifications for doing ssid work.
