RESOLUTION ORDERING ~'OHK NO. 1243. wHEHEAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Ssnta Ana on the Vth day of April, 1924, passed its Resolution of Intention No. 1226, to order the hereinafter described work to be done and improvement to be made on Lacy Street in said City, which Reaolution of Intention No. 1226 was duly and ly published twice in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a d~ ly newspaper published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, all as required by law, as appears from the affida- vit of Edna L. Herrick, principal clerk of the printers and publishers of said daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the office of the Clerk of the City of Ssnta Ana on the 12th day of April, 1924, and now on file therein; and WHERE,,S, after the passage and adoption of sa~d Resolution of Intention No. 1226, the Street ~uperintendent of the City of Santa Ana conspicuously posted along the line of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three hundred (800) feet in distance apart, and 21 in all, notices of the passage of said Hesolution of Intention, headed NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT, in msnner, form and substance as pro- vided by law, and the work being chargeable upon a district, also conspicuously posted copies of said notice along all of the open streets and alleys within such district, not more than three hundred (~00) feet in distance apart on each street, and did post on each street at least ~ notices; and on said streets 21 notices; and WHEHEAS, the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha commenced to post said notices on the 12th day of April, 1924, and fully completed the pos ting thereof on ~he 12th day of April, 1924, more than. ten days before the day set f~ hearing protests or objections to the proposed work and improvement, all as appears by the affidavit of W. G. Knox, Street Superintendent of the City of Sants Ana, filed in the office of the Clerk of said city on the 14th day of April, 1924, and now on file therein; and WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha was duly in regular session at the Council Chamber thereof at the hour of ~:~0 o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 28th day of April, 1924, being the day, hour and place named in the Reso- lution of Intention and Notice of Improvement, when and where any and sll persons hsving any objection to the proposed work or improvement might appear before the Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention; and WPLEREAS, mll protests or objections presented having
