RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1250. A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA; DECLARING TP~IR INTENTION TO ORDER THE PAVING AND OTHERWISE I~PROVING OF A PORTION OF OAK STREET, HARWOOD PLACE, WAKENAM AVENUE, BISHOP STRE~ AND GRANT STREET, ALL WITHIN THE SAID CITY; DECLARING SAID WORK C~ IMPROVEMENT TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR 0P~DINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT; DECLARING THE DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITED BY SAID WORK AND IMPROVE~ENT, AND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THEREOF; DETER- MINING THAT BONDS S~ALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND EXPENSES, AND FIXING THE Tl%~E AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS TO SAID WORK OR IMPROVEMENT, OR TO BE ASSESSED OR BOTH. The Board of Trustees TO THE EXTENT OF TttE DISTRICT of the City of Sant~ Aha, put- sunnt to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911, and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and the amendments to said acts, do resolve as follows: SECTION I. That the public interest and convenience r~quire, and it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, California, to order the construction of the following described work and improvement, all within said city, to-wit: In, on and along the roadways of the following des- cribed portions of streets in the said city, to-wit: (a) Oak Street from curb line to curb line between the North line of McFadden Street ~nd the South line of Bishop Street. (b) Bishop Street from curb line to curb llne, between the East line of the Pacific Electric right-of-way and of Oak Street, extended Southerly across Bishop the East llne Street° Sc) tween the East Grant Street from curb line to curb line, be- line of the Paci~c Electric Railway Company's right-of-way snd the West line of Oak Street. (d) Wakeham Avenu~ from curb line to curb line, between the East line of Orange Avenue and the '~e~t line of Oak Street, excepting therefrom the 40 foot right of way of the Pacific Electric Railway. (e) Harwood Place from curb line to curb line be- tween the E~st llne of the Pacific Electric Railwsy's right- of-way and the West line of Oak Street. And where any street or alley intersects or termi- nates in any of the above described portions of streets in, on and along which work is to be done and improvement is to be made, then beyond the curb line and across the sidewalk
