RESOLUTION ORDERI NG WORK NO. 1252. affidavit was filed of Santa Aha on the therein; and WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha ou the lath day of April, 1924, passed its Resolution of Intention No. 1281, to order the hereinafter described work to be done and improvement to be made on McFadden Street in said city, which Resolution o~ Intention No. 1281 was duly and legally published twice in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, s daily newspaper published end circulated in the City of Saute Ana, all as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of Ed~s L. Herrick, principal clerk of the printers and publishers of s~id daily newspaper, and which in the office of the Clerk of the City 1Vth day of April, 1924, and now on file WHEREAS, after the passage and adoption of said Resolution of Intention No. 1281, the Street Superintendent of the City of SsutaAna conspicuously posted along the llne of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three hundred (800) feet in distance apart, and 80 tu all, notices of the psssage of said Resolution of Intention, hea- ded NOTICE OF IMPROVE}.~ENT, in manner, form and substance as provided by law, and the work being chargeable upon a district, also conspicuously posted copies of said notice along all of the open streets and alleys within such district, not more than three hundred (800) feet in distance apart on each street, and did post on each street at least 3 notices, and on said streets 80 notices; and WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha commenced to post said notices ou the 19th day of April, 1924, and fully completed the posting thereof on the 19th day of April, 192A, more than ten days before the day set for hearing protests or objections to the proposed work and improvement, all as appears by the affidavit of W. G. knox, Street Superintendent of the City of Saute Aris, filed in the office of the Clerk of said city on the 21st day of April, 192A, end now on file therein; and WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa And was d~ly in regular session st the Council Chamber thereof at the hour of V:80 o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 5th day of May, ]92A, being the day, hour and ~lace nsmed in the Resolu- tion of Intention and Notice of Improvement, when and where any and all persons haviog any objection to the proposed work or improvement might aopesr before the Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be car- ried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention; and
