AND WHEREAS, interested persons were notified in the manner required by law to appear ~efore the Board of Trus tees of the said City of Sauts Ana, California, in the Coun- cil Chamber of the City Hall in said city, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. of Monday the 12th day of May, 1924, and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown ou ssld Street Superlnten- dentts list, and WHEREAS, notice form required by law that was duly given in the manner and serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments bearing interest at the rate of six (6) per cent per annum, will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915" the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding Ten (10) months from their date. Amd all interested persons having appeared before this Board of Trustees and having been given full opportunity to show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the securi- ty of the unpaid assessments shown in said list, and all ob- Jections presented having been heard and considered. NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees does hereby find and determine that no cause has been shown why bonds should not be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments and does hereby overrule all objections thereto, and does hereby direct the issuance of said bonds, and furrY, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That bonds shall be issued upon the security of said unpsid assessments to said amount of Fourteen Thousand, Six Hundred, Seventy-three and 03/100 ($14,673.0~) Dollars. The said bonds shall be Twenty (20) in number and shall be dated the 12th day of May, 1924, and bear interest at the rate of Six (6) per cent per ann~n, and the denomina- tions of said bonds ~nd the date of the respective maturi- ties thereof, shall be as follows: SERIES BOND NO.
