PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTERWfION SECTION VI. The Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published~and circulated and of general circulation in the City of Santa Ana, is hereby designated the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby direc- ted to cause this P~solution of Intention t~ be published two insertions in said newspaper in the manner and form re- quired by law. T"ne Board of Trustees does not deem it advi~ able that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to owners or reputed owners and he is not required to mail the same. POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPR0VEME~ T SECTION VII. The Street Superintendent of said City shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Inten- tion, cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of said contemplated work or improvement, and along all the open s~reets and alleys within the hereinbefore described assess- ment district, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, in the manner snd form required by law.
