Vesel~ <br />Clerk of the City of Santa Aha, California. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION CORRECTING THE ASSESSMENT FILED MAY <br />1ST, 1924, AND CONFII~IING SUCH CORRECTED ASSESS~MENT FOR THE <br />LIGHTING SYSTEM OF WELT FOUR~I STREET AND EAST AND WEST FIFTH <br />STREET. <br /> <br />RESOI~TICN NO. 1266. <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, <br />California, do hereby resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed for <br />hearing cbJections or appeals to the Assessment filed May <br /> <br />1st, 1924, with the City Clerk by the Superintendent ~ Streets <br />covering the cost of improving West Fort. th Street and East <br />and West Fifth Street by the construction of a lighting sys- <br />tem thereon as described in Resolution of Intention No. 1008 <br /> <br />of the Bb~rd of Trustees, and due notice of said hearing hav- <br />ing been given and the~obJections of all persons to the ss~ <br />assessment having been heard and considered, and it appearing <br />that the objection of the Contractor, W.A.
