RESOI~TICN NO. 1266. The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, California, do hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed for hearing cbJections or appeals to the Assessment filed May 1st, 1924, with the City Clerk by the Superintendent ~ Streets covering the cost of improving West Fort. th Street and East and West Fifth Street by the construction of a lighting sys- tem thereon as described in Resolution of Intention No. 1008 of the Bb~rd of Trustees, and due notice of said hearing hav- ing been given and the~obJections of all persons to the ss~ assessment having been heard and considered, and it appearing that the objection of the Contractor, W.A.
