RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1268. The Boardof Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, pur- sunnt to t~e provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911, and the Impr~ement ~ond Act of 1915, and the amendments to s,ld Acts, do resolv~ as follows: SECTION I. That the public interest and couvenien~ require and it is the intent!gu of the Board of Trustees of the City of Sant~ Aha, Cs~ifornia, to order the construction of the following described work and improvement in said city, to-wit: TT~st West Nineteenth Street in the sa~d city, from line of ~aln Street to the East line of Broadway be tion of said proposed work or improvement. GFJ. DE the West graded to a subgrade five (5) fn'ches below the finished grade as shown on plans, and paved by tre construction on said sub- grade of a three and one-half (3~) inch Asphaltic Concrete base overlaid with a one and one-~alf (l~) inch Asphaltic Concrete wearing surface. That cement curb be constructed on portions of the above described street where same have not a~ sanitary house connecting sewer laid along portions of said PLANS, PROFILES, CROSS-LECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS SECTION II. All of the foregoing work is fully set forth, delineated and described on plans, profiles and cross- sections on file in the office of the City Engineer, and spe~ tficattons for Assessment District No. 86, on file in the of- lice of the City Clerk,which plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications were adopted by t~e Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha on the 19th day of May, 1924, by Resol~ tlon No. 1260, as the plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications for~said wnrk.
