The Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general ci~ culation in the City of Santa Aris is hereby designated ss the newspaper in wh~h this Resolution of Intention shall be pub- lished, and the City Clerk of said city is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two in- sertions in said newspaper in the manner and form required by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mall copies of the Notice of Improvement to owners or reputed owners, and he is not required to nail the same. POST!MO 0F }~OTICES OF IMPRG~E~ENT SECTION VIII. The Street Superintendent of said city shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intent~n cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of said con- templated work or iSprovement, and along ~ll the open streets snd alleys within the hereinbefore described assessment dis- trict, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention in the manner and form required by law.
