RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO <br />ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING THE <br />STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD <br /> <br />NO. 1296. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br />Ana did, on the 25th day of February, 1924, pass Resolution <br />of Intention No. 1199 for the improvement of Fifteenth Street, <br />and whereas, on the l~th day of June, 1924, the ~uperintendent <br />of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum <br />due for the work performed and specified in the contract made <br />under proceedings for the said improvement, which assessment <br />was approved by the Board of Trustees of said City on the and <br />day of June, 1924. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha has <br />given n~tice required by law in which notice July ~th, 1924, <br />at the hour cf seven-thirty o'clock P.M. was fixed ss the <br />time, and the Council Chamber of the City hall of said city, <br />ss the place where any and ell persons interested in the said <br />work might be heard. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, no person aggrieved has filed with the <br />Board of Trustees a written objection to said assessment as~ <br />required by law, and where%s, at the time set for hearing pro- <br />tests or objections the Board of Trustees of said City procee- <br />ded t~ hear the same, end all of said protests or objections <br />to said assessment or the work done having been heard, it is <br />hereby <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of <br /> Santa Ana that all of the said protests or objections against <br /> said assessment or the work done under said proceedings be, <br /> and the same are hereby, overruled and denied and the assess- <br /> ment be affirmed, and that the Street S~perintendent be, and <br /> he is hereby directed to attach to said assessment a warrant <br /> in the form end mnner required by law, and shall record the <br /> same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the. <br />City of Santa Ana at e regular meeting of said Board held on <br />the Vth day of July, 1924, by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees C.H.
