That the public The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911, and the amendments to interest and convenience1~ require, and it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of ~ the City of Santa Aha, California, to order the construction I of the following gescribed work and improvement, said City, to-wit: In, on and along the roadways of the following des-! cribed portions of streets in said City, to-wit: (a) North Park Boulevard from the North line of Santa Clare Avenue to the East line of North Flower Street. (b) Heliotrope Drive from the West line of Benton Way to the South line of Tract No. 425, excepting the inter- section therewith of North Park Boulevard. (c) Riverside Drive from the North line of North Perk Boulevard to the East line of North Flower Street, excepl ting therefrom the intersectfon therewith of North Park Boule (d) Benton Way from a a radial line of a curve, having Benton Way from the North radius line extended ~esterly ~lon~ a radius of 64.33 feet acrcss line of said curve es shown in Lot 231 of Tract No. 425, to the South line of Riverside Drive, excepting therefrom the intersection of North Park Boulevard, and that portion as shown on plans es not being included within this proceeding. (e) North Broadway from the North line of Santa Clare Avenue and the Northeasterly line of North Park Boule- 'vard to a line parallel to and 232.40 feet Northerly from the! North line of Santa Clara.Avenpe. And where any street or alley intersects or termi- nates in any of the above described portions of streets, in, on and along which work is to be done, or improvement is to be made, then beyond the curb line and across the sidewalk reservations to the property lines thereof.
