The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911, and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and the amendments to ssid Acts, resolve as follows: SECTION I. Tl~t the public interest and convenience require, and it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the City of S~nta Ane, California, to order the construction of the following described work and improvement, all within said City, To-wit: In, on and along the roadways of the following des- cribed portions of streets within the said City, ~nd over a right of way in said City, to-wit: (a) Myrtle Street from'the center line of Artesia Street to the ~est line of I~isy Street. (b) A right of way'from the West line of D, iSy Street to the present outfsll sewer line ss shown on plans, same being the Westerly extension of West Myrtle Street to said sewer line. (c) DaiSy Street from the proposed sewer on West Myrtle Street to a point 100 feet Southerly from the South line of West First Street. (d) Franklyn street from the sewer to be installed on West Myrtle Street to a point 100 feet Southerly from the South llne of West First Street. (e) South Artesia Street from the sewer to be in- stalled on West Myrtle Street to s point 100 feet Southerly from the ~outh line of ~est First Street. (f) ~est Pine Street from the center line of South Artesia ~treet to the ~ast line of Tract No. 40V. (g) West W~lnut Street from the center line of South Artesia Street to the East line of Tract No. 40V. (h) West First Street Westerly from the West line of Artesia Street to the City outfa'll sewer line.
