RESOLVED, that the ssld Board of Trustees hereby <br /> <br /> rejects all of said proposals or bids except the next <br /> herein mentioned, sod hereby awards the contract for doing said <br /> work and improvement to the lowest responsible bidder, to- <br /> wit, Alex Rife, at the ~rice named in his bid as follows, <br /> to-w~t: <br /> <br /> Item 1. The trenct~ing, furnishing and laying of six <br /> <br /> (6) inch main sewer pipe in sccordance with ~.lans and <br /> specifications com¢lete with the furnishing of all necessary <br /> equipment, labor and materiel on an estimate of 1493.6 linear <br /> feet for the s~un of seventy-five cents ($0.V5) per linear foot. <br /> <br /> Item 2. The excavation for and the construction cf two <br /> (2} manholes as shown on plans complete with the furniah i~ <br /> of ~ll necessary materi~l, equipment and labor for the sum <br /> of Eighty-five dollars ($85.00) each. <br /> <br /> Item 3. The excavation for ~nd the cons~ructlon of <br /> <br /> one (1) f].ush tank as shown on rlans complete with the <br /> furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor and material <br /> for the sum of One Hundred F~fteen Dollars ($115.00) <br /> <br /> Item 4.
