RESOLUTION NO. 1351 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE (IITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, RELATINO TO Tt~E ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEmEnT BONDS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1200, DETERMINING THE A¥OUNT OF UNPAID ASSESSMENTS, PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATION OF SUCH BONDS, AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR ISSUANCE. WHEREAS, pursuant to statute, notice of filing list of unpaid assessments was duly given in the manner and form required by law, that the warrant, assessment and diagram re- corded on the 25th day of August, 1924, pr~ement made by B. R. Ford under that awarded to him on the ~th day of April, for the work and im- certain contract 1924, on West Highland Street, and that said warrant, assessment and diagram were returned to the Street Superintendent of said City, together with s written statement of ell pa~ents received upon the said assessment, and after fhe full expiration of twenty (20) days from the date of said warrant, the said Street Superin- tendent duly mede sn~ filed with the City Clerk of the sa~d City of Santa Ane, a complete list of all assessments unpaid upon the said assessment, which list is now on file in the of- fica of the C~y Clerk of the said City, now upon evidence shown this Board determines that the assessments therein men- tioned were then unpeid, the total aggregate thereof being the sum of Thirteen Thousand, One Hundred Seventy and 0V/100ths ($13,1V0.O?) Dollars, and that assessments numbered 46, and a partial payment of Two Hundred Nine and J5/100ths ($209.~5) Dollars on assessment numbered 42, aggregating the sum of Five Hundred Two and 48/lO0the ($502.43) Dollars, and no others have been paid since the filing of list of unpaid assessments by the btreet ~uperlntendent, and that there now remains the sum of Twelve T~ousend, bix Hundred Sixty-seven and 64/lO0ths ($12,667.64) DolI~rs unpaid upon the assessments shown upon said list other th~n those herelnabove last noted as having been paid. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention No. 1200 of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa ans, passed the 2Sth day of February, 1924, for a complete des- cription of the work herein mentioned, end to the llst of unpaid assessment filed es above noted, for the assessments unpaid.
