assessments unpaid upon the said assessment, which list is <br /> now on file in the office of the City Clerk of the said City~ <br /> now upon evidence shown ttie Board determines that the sssess <br /> manta therein mentioned were then unpaid, the total aggregate <br /> thereof being the sum of Twenty-five Thousand, Five Hundred <br /> Sixty-six and l~/lOOths ($25,866.1~) Dollars, ~nd that no <br /> assessments have since been paid, and that there now remains <br /> unpaid the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Five Hundred Sixty- <br /> six and 19/100tbs ($25,566.19) Dollars upon the assessments <br /> shown upon the said list. <br /> <br /> Reference is hereby mede to ~solution of Intention <br /> No. 1145 of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, <br /> passed the ~rd day of December, 192~, for a complete descrip- <br /> tion of the work herein mentioned, and to the list unpaid <br /> assessments filed as above noted, for the assessments unpaid. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, interested persons were notified in <br /> the manner required by law to appear before the Board of Trus <br /> tees of the said City of Santa Aha, California, in the Coun- <br /> cil Chamber of the City Hall of said City, at the hour of <br /> ~:30o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 29th day of September, 1924, <br /> and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon ~the secu- <br /> rity of the unpaid assessments shown on said Street Superin- <br /> tendent~s list; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, notice was dul2 given in the manner end <br />form required by law that serial bonds to represent unpaid <br />assessments bearing interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent <br />per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in <br />the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the last installment of <br />which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of <br />July next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. <br /> <br /> And ail interested persons having appeared before <br />this Board of Trustees and having been given full opportunit <br />to show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the secu- <br />rity of the unpaid assessments shown on said list, and all <br />objections presented having been heard and considered; <br /> <br /> NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees doe <br />hereby find and determine that no cause has been shown why <br />bonds should not be issued upon the security of said unpaid <br />assessments, and does hereby overrule all objections thereto <br />and does hereby direct the issuance of said bonds, and fu~hes <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS, that bonds shall be is- <br />sued upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said <br />amount of Twenty-five Thousand, Five Hundred Sixty-six and <br />19/100tbs ($25,566.19) Dollars. <br /> <br /> The said bonds shall be thirty (30) in number, and <br />shall be dated September 29th, 1924, and bear interest at th~ <br />rate of six (6%) per cent per annum, and the denomination of <br /> <br /> <br />
