<br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD CF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY
<br /> fF SANTA ANA, CALIFOREIA, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF STREET
<br /> IMPROV~ENT BONDS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.
<br /> 1093, DETERMINING THE AMOI/NT OF UNPAID ASSES~IENTS, PRESCRIB-
<br /> ING THE DENOMINATION OF SUCH BONDS, AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR
<br /> ISSUANCE.
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to statute, notice of filing list
<br /> of unpaid assessments was duly given in the manner and form
<br /> required by law, that the warrant, assessment and diagram
<br /> recorded on the ~Sth day of August, 1924, for the work and
<br /> improvement made by Wells & Bressler under that certain con-
<br /> tract awarded to them on the ]Pth day of November, 192~, on
<br /> W~3shlre Avenue, Borchard Avenue, 5outh Sycamore Street, South
<br /> Broadway, South Birch ~treet, South Ross Street, South Van
<br /> Ness Avenue, South Patton Street, and South Oarnsey Street,
<br /> and that said warrant, assesiment and diagram were returned
<br /> to the Street ~uperintendent of said City, together with s
<br /> written statement of oll payments received upon the said
<br /> assessment, 8nd after the full explratiou of twenty (20) days
<br /> from the date of said warrant, the said Street Superlntendent
<br /> duly made and filed with the City Clerk of sa~ City of
<br />
<br />Aha, a complete llst of all ~ssessments unpsld upon the said
<br />assessment, which llst is now on file in the office of the
<br />City Clerk of the sa~d City: now upon evidence shown this
<br />Board determines that the assessments therein mentioned were
<br />then unpaid, the total aggregate thereof being the sum of
<br />Ninety-two Thousand, Seven Hundred Sixty-nine and 88/100ths
<br />($92,~69.88) Dollars, and that assessment numbered 12~, ag-
<br />gregating the sum of Two Hundred five and 98/100ths ($~05.98
<br />Dollars, and no others have been paid since the filing of
<br />list of unpaid assessments by the Street Superintendent, and
<br />that there now remslns unpaid the sum of Ninety-two Thousand
<br />Five Hundred Sixty-three and 90/100ths (~9~,560.90) Dollars
<br />upon the assessments shown upon said list other than those
<br />heretnabove last noted as having been paid.
<br />
<br /> Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention
<br />No. 1093 of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha,
<br />passed the 8th day of October, 19~Z, for a complete descrip-
<br />tion of the work herein mentioned, and to the list of unpaid
<br />assessments filed as above noted, for the assessments unpaid.

<br /> AND WHEREAS, interested persons were notified in
<br />the manner required by law to appear before the Bosz~l of Trut
<br />tees of the said City of Santa Aha, California, in the Coun-
<br />cil Chamber of the City Hall of said City, at the hour of
<br />V:a0 o'clock P.E. of Monday, the BPth day of September, 1924
<br />and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the secu~:
<br />ty of the unpaid assessments shown on said Street Superlnten~
<br />dent's list: and
