Veg?l~ <br />Clerk of the Uity 'of ~anta Aha <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO <br />ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSM~T AND ORDERING T~E STREET SU~ <br />PERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD <br /> <br />No. ]375. <br /> <br /> WPLEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the C~y of Santa <br />Ana did, on the 22nd day of October, 1923, pass Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1110 for the improvement of South Flower Street <br />and whereas, on the Vth day of October, 1924, the Superinten- <br />dent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the <br />sum due for the work performed and specified in the contract <br />made under proceedings for the said improvement, which assess <br />ment diagram was approved by the Board of Trustees of said <br />City on the 22nd day of September, 1924. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa ana <br />given notice required by law in which notice October 27th, <br />1924, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. was fixed as the time <br />and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the <br />place where any ,nd a]l persons interested in the said work <br />might be heard; and whereas, no person aggrieved has filed <br />with the Board of Trustees a written objection to said assess <br />ment as required by law, and whereas, at the time set for <br /> <br /> <br />
