RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the following work to be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Ana upon end along that open public street in said City commonly known as West Fifth Street, and which por- tion thereof is described as follows: West Fifth Street from the West line of Artesia Street to a line two (2) feet East of the East rail of the Pacific Electric P~ilway Tr~cks, said line being parallel to said Easterly rsll of the shove named railroad. Said w~k being described as follows: The grading and paving of the a~ove described por- tion of West Fifth Street with a seven (V) inch Portland ce- ment concrete pavement, excepting therefrom the portion of said street already p~ved to grade; the construction of house lateral sewer extensions; the construction of cement side- walks, curbs and gutter. All as prepared by the City Engineer and designated as Assessment District No. 89, for the improvement of the above described street, and submitted this 1Vth day of Novem- ber, 1924, be, and the same are hereby, adopted as and for the plans and specifications for doing said work.
