<br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY
<br />OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF STREET
<br />IMPROVEME~qT BONDS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.
<br />1231, DETERMINING THE AMOLrNT OF UNPAID A$SESS~f. ENTS, PRESCRIB-
<br />ING THE DENOMINATION OF S3CH BONDS, AND PROVIILING FOR THEIR
<br />ISSUANCE

<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to statute, notice of filing list
<br />of unpaid assessments was duly ~iven in the manner and form
<br />required by law, that the ~arrant, assessment and diagram re-
<br />corded on the 15th day of October, i9E4, for the we k and im-
<br />provement made by bteele Finley under that certain contract
<br />awarded to him ou the 19th day of Nay, 1924, on McFadden
<br />Street, and that sa~ warrant, assessment and diagram were
<br />returned to the Street Superintendent of said City, together
<br />with a written statement of all payments received upon the
<br />said assessment, and after the full expiration of twenty (ZO)
<br />days from the date of said warrant, the Street Superintendent
<br />duly made and filed with the City Clerk of said City of S~ta
<br />Aha, a complete list Of all assessments unpaid upon the said
<br />assessment, which llst is now on file in the office of the
<br />City Clerk of said City, now upon evidence shown this Board
<br />determines that the assessments therein mentioned were then
<br />unpaid, the total aggregate thereof being the sum of Nineteen
<br />Thousand, Two Hundred geventeen and 99/lOOths ($19,~1~.995
<br />Dollars, and that assessments numbered l, 5, 8, V, l~, l~,
<br />14, 16, 18, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 53, 59, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65,
<br />~2, VS, aU, 88, 96, 103, 106, 115, 136, and 138, aggregating
<br />the sum of One Thousand Tlmree Hundred Thirty and 53/lOOths
<br />($1,330.53) Dollars and no others have since been paid, and
<br />that there now remains unpaid the sum of Seventeen Thouaand,
<br />Eight Hundred Eighty-seven and 46/lOOths ($1V,887.46) Dollars
<br />upon the assessments shown upon said list other than those
<br />hereinabove last noted as having been paid.

<br /> Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention
<br />No. 1231 of the Board of Trustees of the City of Saute Aua,
<br />passed the 14th day of April, 1924, for a complete descript~
<br />of the work herein mentioned, end to the list of unpaid as-
<br />sessments filed as above noted, f~ the assessments unpaid.

<br /> AND WHEREAS, interested persons were notified in
<br />the menner required by law to appear before the Board of
<br />Trustees of the said City of Santa Aha, California, in the
<br />Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City, st the hour of
<br />V:30 o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 1Vth day of November, 1924,
