DESCRIPTION OF BONDS SECTION IV. The said Board of Trustees does hereby declare and determine, and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest at the rate of sir (6%) per cent per annum, will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July, next succeeding ten (10! months from their date. Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 15th day of December, 1924, at V:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said C~y of Santa Aris, any and all persons having any objection to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improve~nt should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution.
