Street, ond that said warrant, assessment and diagram were returned to the Street buper~ntendent of said City, together with o written stotement of ail poyments received upon the said assessment, ond ofter the full expiration of twenty (20) days from the date of s old warrsnt, the Street Superintendent duly mode ond filed with the City Clerk of said City of Santa Aha, o complete list of all assessments unpaid upon the said assessment, which list is now on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, now upon evidence shown this Board determines that the assessments therein mentioned were then unpaid, the total aggregate thereof being the s~m of Nine Thousand, One Hundred Eight-eight and 70/100ths ($9,188.70) Dollors, and thot assessments numbered 40 and 66, aggregating the sum of Thirty snd 19/100tJs ($00.19) Dollars and un others h~ve ~nce been potd, oud that there now remains unpaid the sum of Nine Thousond, One Hundred Fifty-eight and 51/lO0ths ($9,158.51) Dollars upon the assessments shown upon soid list other than those hereinebove last n~ed as having been paid. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention No. 1206 of the Board of Trustees of the City of Sonta Aha, passed the 10th day of M~rch, 1924, for o complete description of the work herein mentioned, ond to the llst of unpaid assess- merits filed as above noted for the assessments unpaid. AND WHER~2~S, interested persons were notified in the manner required by low to appear before the Board of Trus- tees of the said City of Santa Aha, at the hour of o'clock P.M. of Mondoy, the 24th day of hovember, 1924, to show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpoid ossessments shown on said Street Superinten- ~ent's list: ond WHEREAS, notice w~s duly given in the monner form requlred by low that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments beoring interest et the ~te of six (8%) per cent per annum w~ll be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1~15", the last installment of which bonds sholl mature ulne (9) years from the ~nd day of July next succeeding ten (10) months from their date.
