RESOLUTION OF INTENTION No. 1391. A RESOLUTION OF T}~E BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TME CITY OF SAN2A ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ORDER THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY SEWER ON MYRTLE STREET, DAISY STREET, F~NK.L~q/ STREET, SOUTH ARTESIA STREET, M, EST PINE STREET, WEST WALNUT STREET, WEST FIRST STREET, WEST SECOND STREET, WEST THIRD STREET, TOWNSEND STREET, WEST FOURTH STREET, AND ON THREE SEPARATE RIGHTS OF WAY, TO-WIT, ALONG THE WESTERLY EXTENSION OF WEST MYRTLE STREET, THE WESTERI.Y EXTENSION OP WEST SECOND STREET, AND T}tE WESTERLY EXTENSION OF WEST THIRD STREET, ALL WITHIN THE SAID CITY; DECLARING THE SAID WORK AND IMPROVEMENT TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR 0RDINAHY PUBLIC BENEFIT; DECLARING THE DISTRICT TO BE BENE- FITED BY SAID WORK AND IMPROVEMENT, AND TO PAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THEREOF; DETERMINING THAT BONDS SHALI BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND EXPENSES; AND FIXING T}~E 'TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS TO SAID ¥~O~L OR IMPROVEMENT~ OR TO THE EXTENT OF THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSEl~SED OR BOTH. The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana~ pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911, and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, ~nd the 'amendments to s.id Acts, do resolve as follows: SECTION I. Thst the public interest and conven- ience require, mud it is the intention of the Board of Trus- tees of the City of Santa Aha, California, to order the con- striation of the following described work and improvement, all within said City, to-wit: In, on mhd along the roadways of the following described portions of streets within the said City, snd over three sepmrate rights of wsy in smid City, to-wit: (~) Myrtle Street from the center line of Artesia Street to the West line of Daisy Street. (b) A right of way from the West Street to the present outfsll sewer line as line of Daisy shown on plans, s,me being the Westerly extension of West Myrtle Street to the City 0utf, ll Sewer line. (c) D~isy Street from the proposed sewer on West Myrtle Street to ~ point 100 feet Southerly from the South line of West First Street. (d) Franklyn Street from the sewer to be installed on West Myrtle Street to s point 100 feet Southerly from the South llne of ~est First Street. (e) South Artesi~ Street from the sewer to be stmlled on West Myrtle Street to the South llne of West First Street.
