improvement mnde by Steele Finley under that certain contract awarded to him ou the 1Gth day of June, 1924, on Oak Street, Harwood Place, Wakeham avenue, Grant Street and Bishop Street, and that said warrant, assessment and diagram were returned to the' Street Superlnteudent of said City, together w~h a written statement of all payments received upon the said assessment, and after the full expiration of twenty (20) days from the date of said warrant, the said Street Superintendent duly made and filed with the City Clerk of the sam City of Santa Aris, a complete llst of ~ll assessments unpaid upon the said assessment, which list is now on file in the office of the City Clerk of tko sa~ City, now upon'evidence shown this ~oard determines that the assessments therein mentioned were then unpaid, the total aggregate thereof being the sum of For- ty-one Tho~sand, Ninety-eight nnd 91/100the ($41,098.91) Dol- lars, and that ~ssessments numbered 25; 31; 46; 108; a partial payment of Two Hundred Sixty-six and 86/100the ($266.86) Dol- lars on assessment number 45; a partial p~yment of Twenty- seven and 19/100tbs ($2~.19) Dollars on assessment number 107; a partial p~yment of Twenty-seven and 19/100tbs ($2V.19) Dol- lars on assessment number 109; a partial payment of Twenty- seven and 19/100ths.($27.19) Dollars on assessment number 110; a partial payment of Twenty-seven and 19/100the ($2V.19) Dol- lars on assessment number 111; a partial payment ~ Twenty- seven and 19/100the ($27.19) Dollars on assessment number 112; and a partial payment of Thirty-mine and 2V/100ths ($~9.27) Dollars on assessment number 11~, aggregating the sum of Eight Hundred Fort~-ei~ht and 59/100the ($848.59) Dollars, and no others have been paid s~nce the filing of list of unpaid as- sessments by the Street Superintendent, and that there now remains unpaid the sum of Forty Thousand, Two Hundred Fifty and 32/100the ($40,250.32) Dollars upon the assessments shown upon said llst other than those hereinabove last noted as hav- ing been paid. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention No. 1250 of the Board ~ Tr~tees of the City of Santa Aha, passed the 5th day of May, 1924, for a complete description of the work herelu mentioned, and to the list of unpaid assess- ments filed as above noted, for the assessments unpaid. AND WHEREAS, interested persons were notified in the manner ~equired by law to s~oear before the Bo,rd of Trus- tees of the said City of Santa Aha, California, in the Coun- cil Chomber of the City Hall of said City, at the hour of V~30 o'clock P.~. of Monday, the 8th day of December, 1924, and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the securi- ty of the unpaid assessments shown on said Street Superiuten- dent's list; and
