Vegel~r <br />Clerk of the Cl~y of Santa <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK <br /> NO. 1402 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Tr~stees of the City of S, nta <br />Ans on the 1st day of December, 1924, passed its Resolution <br />of Intention No. 1591, to order the hereinafter described <br />work to be done and improvement to be made in, on and along <br />a portion of M~rtle Street, a right of way from the West line <br />of Daisy Street to the present outfall sewer llne, being the <br />Westerly extension of West Myrtle Street, Daisy Street, <br />Franklyn Street, South Artesia Street, West Pine Street, <br />West Walnut Street, West First Street, West Second Street, a <br />right of way from the West line of Townsend Street to the <br />City Outfsll Sewer llne, being the Westerly extension of West <br />Second ~treet, West Third Street, a right of way from the <br />West l~ne of Townsend Street to the City Outfall Sewer line, <br />being the Westerly extension of West Third Street, Townsend <br />Stgeet and West ~ourth Street in said City, which Resolution <br />of Intention No.1391 was duly and legally nublished twice in <br />the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper pub- <br />!ished and e~rculsted in the City of Santa Aha, all as re- <br />quired by law, as a~pears from the affidavit of Edna L. <br />Herrick, prlnciwal clerk of the printers and publishers of <br />said daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the <br />office of the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha on the 6th day <br />of December, 1~24, and now on file therein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after the passage and adoption of said <br />Resolution of Intention No. 1~91, the Street Superintendent <br />of the City of SantaAns conspicuously posted along the line <br />of the contemplated work and improvement, at not mope than <br />three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, and 12V in all, <br />notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, hea- <br />ded NOTICE OF IMPROVEM~NT, in manner, form and substance as <br />nrovided by law, and the work being chargeable upon ~ dis- <br />trict, also oons~icuously posted copies of said notice along <br />all of the open streets and alleys within such district, not <br />more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart on each <br /> <br />street, and did host on each street at least <br />on said streets 12V notices; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Street ~uperlntendent <br /> <br />notices; and <br /> <br />of the City of <br /> <br /> <br />
