<br />738, Vgl, 792, 804, 81Z, 840, 887, 883, 890, 1048, 1078, 1089,

<br />and no others have since beem paid, and that there now remains
<br />unpaid the sum of Twenty Nine Thousand, One Hundred snd Nine
<br />and 22/lOOths ($29,109.22) D$11ars upon the assessment shown
<br />upon s~id list other than those hereinabove last noted ss hav-
<br />ing been paid.

<br /> Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention
<br />No. 889, of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa
<br />psssed November 1st, 1922, for a complete description of the
<br />work herein mentioned, and to the list of unpaid ~ssessments
<br />filed as ~bove noted, for the assessments unpaid.

<br /> AND WHEREAS, interested persons were notified in
<br />the manner required by law to appear before the Board of Trus-
<br />tees of the said city of Santa Aha, C~lifornia, in the Council
<br />Chamber of the City Hall in said city, at the hour of V:ZO
<br />o'clock P.M. of ~nd~y the 10th day of March, 1924, and show
<br />cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the
<br />
<br /> shown on said Street Supertntendent's list,

<br />unpaid asseszments

<br />
<br /> WHEREAS,
<br />form, required by
<br />
<br />notice was duly given in the manner and
<br />law that serial bonds to represent unpaid
<br />assessments ~earing interest st the rate of six (8) per cent
<br />per annum, will be isaued hereunder in the manner provided
<br />in She "Improvement Bond Act of 1918" the lsst ~nst~llment of
<br />which bonds shall~mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of
<br />July next succeeding Ten (lC) months from their date.
<br />
<br /> And all interested per~ons having appesred before
<br />this Board of Trustees and having been given full opportunity
<br />to show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the secu-
<br />rity of the unpaid assessments shown on said list, and all
<br />objections presented having been heard and considered.
<br />
<br /> NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees does
<br />hereby find and determine that no cause has been shown why
<br />bonds should not be issued upo~ the security of said unpaid
<br />assessments end does hereby overrule all objections thereto,
