RESOLUTION NO. 1210. A RESOLUTION OF TITE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TL~E CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF STREET i~PROVEMENT BONDS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.901 DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF U~PAID ASSESSM~TS, PRESSRIBING DENOMINATION OF SUCH BONDS AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR ISSUA'NCE. WHEREAS, pursuant to statute, notice of filing lis of unp. id assessments was duly ~iven in the m~nuer ~nd form required by law, th.t the w~rrant, assessment .nd diagram ~e- corded on the ZZnd day of January, 19~4, for the work .nd im- provement made by B.R. Ford, under that cert~i~ contract awarded to him, on the 5th day of ~ebru.ry, 19Z~, on Linwood and Eastslde Avenues of said city, and th.t s~id warrant, assessment ~nd diagram were returned to th~ Street Superin- tendent of said City. to~ether with ~ writte~ statement of all p~ymenta received upon the said .ssessment. and ~fter tb full exniratlon of twenty (20) d~ys from the d~te of s. id warrant, the said Street Superintendent duly made and filed with the City Clerk of the said City of ~anta Aha. ~ compl~t. list of all assessments unpaid upon the said aasessment,whic~ list is now 6n file in the office of the City Ulerk of the said city, now upon evidence shown, this Board determines that the assessments therein mentioned total aggregate thereof being the sum Hundred, Fifteen & ~4/100 were then unpaid, the of Ten Thoussnd. Eight Dollars and that assessments numbered 9, and no others have since been paid, and that ther~ now remains unp~id the sum of T~n Thoue.nd ~i~ Hundred Nine ~nd V4/100th ($10,609.74) Dollars upon the assessments shown Upon said list other than tPose herein.hove l~st noted as having been paid.
