And all interested parsons having appeared before this Board of Trustees and havi~g been given full opportunity tg show cause wh~ bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments sheen on said list., and all objections p~esented having been heard and conaider~d] NOW BE ~T I~EaDLV~), that the Boa~d of T~uatees does hereby find end detelmtne that no cause has been shown eh~ bonds should not be issued upon the eecut, ity of said unpaid assessments and does hal, shy ovel-r~le all objections thereto, and does hereby direct the issuance of said bonds, . and further BE IT I~/DLVED AS FOLLOW, that bonds shell be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said mnount of FiFteen Thousand Two Hundred Beven and 81/100 ($15,207.81) Dollars.
