<br /> WMEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa
<br /> ~na, on the 18th day of February, 1925, passed its Resolution
<br /> of Intention No. 1433, to order the hereinafter described work
<br /> to be done end improvement to be made in, on and along a por-
<br /> tion of Shelton Street in said City, which Resolution of Inten-
<br /> tion No. 1438 was duly and legally published twice in the Santa
<br /> An, Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and
<br /> circulated in the City of S~nta Aha, all as required by law,
<br /> as appears from the affidavit of Edna L. Herrick, principal
<br /> clerk of the'printers and publishers of said daily newspaper,
<br /> and which affidavit was filed in the office of the Clerk of
<br /> the City of Santa An, on the 20th day of Feb., 1925, and now
<br /> on f~le therein; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, after the passage and adoption 0* said Reso-
<br />lution of Intention No. 1433, the Street Superintendent of the
<br />City of Santa An, conspicuously posted along the line of the
<br />contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three hun-
<br />dred (300) feet in distance apart, ~nd V in all, notices of the
<br />passage of said Resolution of Intention, headed NOTICE OF Y~-
<br />PROvE~ENT, in manner, form and substance as provided by law,
<br />and the work being chargeable upon a district, also conspicu-
<br />ously posted copies of said notice along all of the open street.
<br />and alleys within suck district, not more th~ three hundred
<br />(300), feet in distance apart, on each street, and did post on
<br />each street at ~east ~ notice., and on said streets V notices;

<br /> ~RFAS, the Street Superintendent of the City of
<br />Santa An~ commenced to post said notices on the 2~th day of
<br />February, 1~2~, and fully completed the posting thereof on
<br />the 28th day of February, I~2~, more than ten days before th~
<br />day act for hearing protests or objections to the proposed
<br />work and improvement, a~l as appesrs by the affidavit of Net H.
<br />Neff, Street Superintendent of the City of Santa An,, filed
<br />in the office of the Clerk of said City on the 28th day of
<br />Feb., 1925, and now on file therein; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Board of
<br />An. was duly in regular session
<br />at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M.

<br />shew cause why said proposed improvement shoudl not be carried
<br />out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention; and
