The Santa Ana Daily Evening Regis- ter, a daily newspaper published and circulated and of gen- eral circulation in the City of Santa Ana is hereby desig- nated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intentio~ shall be published, and the City Clerk of said City is here. by directed to cause this Resolution of Intention t~ be pub. liahed by two insertions in said newspaper in the manner and form required by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to owners or reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the same.
