277 .[ CITY OF RE~OLUTION NO. 1482. A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE SANTA ANA, PASSED THIS 20th DAY OF APRIL, 1925. WHEREAS, heretofore the Southern California Inve~ tment Company has placed with the City of Santa Ana a surer bond for the doing of certain work and the making of certa improvement in the Tract known as "North Broadway Park";and WHEREAS, heretofore under a street proceeding in- voked under the 1911 Improvement Act and the 1915 Bond Act, the said work for which the said bond was given has been completed to the satisfaction of the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana; BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the said surety bond is hereby released, and the sureties thereon are re- leased from any further obligations by reason of the impro~ ment covered in the said street improvement proceedings for North Broadway Park, known as Assessment District No. 63. I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution No. 1482 was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa ~na, at a regular meeting thereof held on th~ 20th day of April, 1925, and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Nc~s, Trustees None Absent, Trustees None C.H. RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the following work to be done and improvement to be made fn the City of Santa Ana upon and along that open public street in said City commonly known as North Garnsey Street, and which portion thereof is described as follows: North Garnsey Street from the North llne of Fifth Street to the South line of Sixth Street: Said work is described as follows:
