290 RESOLUTION ^PPROVING ASSESSMENT II~AGRAM No. 1495. RESOLVED, that the ~agram of the property affected or benefited by the work and improvement of North Park Boule- vard, Heliotrope Drive, Riverside Drive, Benton Way and North Broadway in the City of Santa Ana, described in Resolution of Intention No. 1521, and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof, made by the City Engineer of the City of Santa Ana be, and the same is hereby, approved, and the Clerk is ordered and directed to certify that fact and the date hereof. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Approv- ing Assessment Diagram was duly introduced before the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana at an adjourned regular meet- ing thereof held on the llth day of May, 1925, and passed by the vote of the following named members of said Board of Trus- tees, to-wit: Ayes, Trustees C.H. Ve6ely Clerk of the City of Santa Ana RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING THE STREET SUPER- INTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD. No. 1494 WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana did, on the 1st day of December, 1924, pass ~esolution of Intention No. 1391, for the i~provement of Myrtle Street, Daisy Street, Franklyn Street, South Artesai Street, West Pine Street, West Walnut Street, West First Street, West Second ~treet, West Third Street, Townsend Street, West Fourth Street, and three separate rights of way described in said Resolution of Inten- tion No. 1391; and whereas, on the 16t~ day of Apr., 1925, the Superintendent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum due for the wets performed and specified in the contract made under proceedings for the said improvement, which assessment diagram was ap~oved by the Board of Trustees of said City on the 8th day of April, 1925.
