That the contemplated work and improve- ment hereinbefore mentioned is, in the opinion of the said Board of Trustees of more than local or ordinary public bene- fit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereingfter described, and said Board of Trustees does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited by said work and improvement, and to be as- sessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa ^ns, County of Orange, State of Califonnia, and more particularly described as fellers: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 3 of Block B, Tract No. 233, as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 13, page 9, records of Orange County, California, said point being also on the South line of West First Street; thence East along the South line of West First Street to the Northeast corner of Lot l, of Tract No. 259, as per map ther~f on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 13, page 31, records of Orange County, California; thence South along the East line of said Lot 1, and a Southerly extension thereof, 13~.$0 feet; thence East parallel with West First Street to an intersection with the East line of Tract No. 407, as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 15, page 44, records of Orange County, California; thence South along the East line of the said Tract No. 407 to a point 4 feet South of the Southeast co~ner of Lot 28, of the said Tract No. 407; thence West paral- lel with the South line of the said Tract No. 407 to an inter- section with the Southerly extended East line of Lot 33 of the said Tract No. 407; thence South along the said Southerly ex- tended East line of Lot 33 to an intersection with Easterly ex- tended North line of Myrtle Street as shovm on the Mpa of the said Tract No. 233; thence West along the said Easterly exten- sion of and the North line of Myrtle Street to the Southwest corner of Lot 23, Block C, of the said~Tract No. 233; thence North along lot lines through the said Block C, across.West Pine Street and along Lot lines through Block B of the said Tract No. 233, to the point of beginning. TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING SECTION VI. Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 1st day of June, 1928, at 7:30 o~clock P.M., in the Court- cil Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa Ana, any an~ all persons having any objection to the proposed work or imprG~ ment may appear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. Any and all persons wishing to protest said improve- ment or the assessment district, or both, should file with the City Clerk prior to the date herein set fc~th written p~otests setting forth the grounds of their objections.
