WHEREAS, after the passage and adoption of said Reso- lution of Intention No. 1496, the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana conspicuously posted along the line of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three hun- dred (300} feet in distance apart, and 12 in all, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, headed NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT, in manner, foEn and substance as provided by law, and the work being chargeable upon a district, also conpicuous- ly posted copies of said notice along all of the open streets and alleys within such district, not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart on each street, and did post on each street at least 3 notices; and on said streets 12 notices; and WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana commenced to post said notices on the 18th day of May, 19~5, and fully completed the posting thereof on the 18th day of May, 1925, more than ten days before the day set for hearing protests or objections to the proposed work and improve- merit, all as appears by the affidavit of Nat H. Neff, Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana, filed in the office of the Clerk of said City on the 19th day of May, 1925, and now on file therein; and WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana was duly in regular session at the Council Chamber thereof at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 1st day of June, 1925, being the day, hour and place named in the Resolution of Intention and Notice of Improvement, when and where any and ail persons having any objections to the proposed work or im- provement might appear before the Board of T~ustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should nS be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention; and WHEREAS, all protests or objections presented having been disposed of, overruled and denied in time, manner and form as required by law, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana havln~ now acquired Jurisdiction to order the pro- posed improvement, it is hereby: RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience requires the work hereinafter described, and the Board of Trus- tees of the City of Santa Ana hereby orders the following work to be done and improvement made in the City of Santa Ana as follows:
