RESOLVED, that the diagram of the property affected or benefited by the work and improvement on Shelton Street, des- cribed in Resolution of Intention No. 1430, and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof, made by the City Engineer of the City of Santa Ana be, and the same is hereby, approved, and the Clerk im ordered and directed to certify that fact and the date hereof.
