to the Street Superintendent of said City, together with a writ- ten ststement of all payments received upon the said assessment, and after the full expiration of twenty (20) days from the date of said warrant, the Street Superintendent duly made and filed with the City Clerk of said City of Santa Ana, a complete list of all assessments unpaid upon the said assessment, which list is now on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, now upon evidence shown this Board determines that the assess- ments therein mentioned were then unpaid, the total aggregate thereof being the sum of Twelve Thousand, Three Hundred Ninety- one and 25/lOOths ~$12,391.25) Dollars, and that assessments numbered 38, 39, 40, 41, 82, 97, 192 and 221 aggregating the sum of One Hundred Ninety-seven and 69/lOOths ($197.69) Dollars have since been paid, and that there now remains unpaid the sum of Twelve Thousand, One Hundred Ninety-three and §6/lOOths ($12,193.56) Dollars upon the assessments shown upon said list. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention No. 1391 of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, passed the 1st day of December, 1924, for a complete description of the work herein mentioned, and to the 1st of unpaid assess- ments filed as above noted, for the assessments unpaid. AND WHEREAS, interested persons were notified in the manner required by law to appear before the Board of Trustees of the said City of Santa Aha, California, in the Council Cham- ber of the City Hall of said City, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 15th day of June, 1925, and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on said Street Superlntendent's list; and WHEREAS, notice was duly given in the manner and form required by law that serial bonds to represent unpaid asses~entsI bearing interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the last installment of which bonds shall ma- ture nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July, next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. And all interested persons having appeared before this Board of Trustees and having been given full opportunity to show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on said list, and all obJectidms pre- sented having been heard and considered; NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees does hereby find and determine that no cause has been shown why bonds should not be issued upon the security of said unpaid assess- ments, and does hereby overrule all objections thereto, and does her6by direct.the issuance of said bonds, and further BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS, that bonds shall be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said amount of
